The policy for advertising on the "Resale Homes" VBA Web Page is:
1 - The page is for the listing of homes for sale in the Village by the Arboretum.
2 - Listings will be posted free of charge.
3- Listings for non VBA property for sale or rental must go on the Classified Page - Click Here.
NOTE - The Classifieds page is in the 'Residents Only' area of our site and requires a password for
viewing.
4 - Information will only be accepted from Sellers, or with
the Seller's approval, from Sales
Agents - a link to the Sales Agent Web Page will be supplied if requested.
5. Sellers may post as much or as little information as they wish, within the page's standard format.
6. The Seller should provide prompt notification of the Sale date, or the removal date if this is required for
any other reason.
7. The listing will remain (with a SOLD sign) approximately a week after the home is sold.
8. The date that the home is added to the Web Page will not be shown
9. The House page will only be put up on the Web Site after approval by the Seller
